As organizations hire internationally, various people work together to achieve goals and HR departments care for an inclusive work environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In <strong>diversity<\/strong> attention is directed to gender, religious commitments, ethnicity, race, language and culture. Diversity also can be divided in 4 blocks: cultural, demographic, technical and cognitive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Equity<\/strong> should be provided for every person without discrimination based on their diversity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Inclusion<\/strong> is a sense of belonging for those throughout an organization. <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/content\/dam\/insights\/us\/articles\/4209_Diversity-and-inclusion-revolution\/DI_Diversity-and-inclusion-revolution.pdf\">Inclusion<\/a> is felt through fairness, respect, value, belonging, psychological safety and inspiration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diversity may be met as wage gap, discrimination, communication barriers, and it may impact work-life balance and mental health. One of the visible diversity still is gender inequality. According to Deloitte, globally there are <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/us\/en\/insights\/topics\/leadership\/women-in-the-boardroom.html\">19.7%<\/a> women on boards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The most diverse companies are more likely than ever to reach higher profitability than less diverse competitors, and in numbers it is for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/featured-insights\/diversity-and-inclusion\/diversity-wins-how-inclusion-matters\">25%<\/a> in gender diversity and 36% in ethnic diversity.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All diversity managed properly improves hiring and engagement, foster innovations by <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/content\/dam\/insights\/us\/articles\/4209_Diversity-and-inclusion-revolution\/DI_Diversity-and-inclusion-revolution.pdf\">20%<\/a>, opportunity and competitiveness.
