So, for example, if there\u2019s an unpleasant situation and the leader feels stressed or anxious, it will transfer the same effect on employees. That\u2019s why you should encourage and motivate your team by telling them \u201cWe can do it\u201d and keeping up a good spirit during the work. However, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/worklife\/article\/20200710-the-remote-work-experiment-that-made-staff-more-productive\">study<\/a> by <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bloom <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">shows that when employees worked from home 1 day a week, their productivity increased by about 13%, and, similarly, it happened when they spent 4 days at home. The increase in efficiency was very surprising to everyone involved. So it is safe to say that employees are more productive when they\u2019re in their preferred environment, but a crucial role in this kind of work is the manager\u2019s because every aspect has to be well executed for it to be successful.
